Here is a video of Arnaud Dupuis running Tizen on the Google Nexus 7 using MultiROM which is an excellent method of booting to multiple ROMs including the Nexus 7 Stock ROM.
The image being used has been specifically tailored for the Tizen 3G version. The Video shows initial boot using Kexec, WiFi connectivity and stock applications being launched. Hardware acceleration is in place but needs some attention.
